This month I don’t think I have ever baked so much!! I keep getting into trouble for filling up the bin with eggshells and let’s not even mention how much chocolate has been used.
February also saw the start of experimenting with new flavours. Chai, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter, Tiramisu, Cookie & Cream were just a few we trialed. Unfortunately, the Salted Caramel mixture was not a success, for some bizarre reason it was rubbery?!
