This month I don’t think I have ever baked so much!! I keep getting into trouble for filling up the bin with eggshells and let’s not even mention how much chocolate has been used.
February also saw the start of experimenting with new flavours. Chai, Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter, Tiramisu, Cookie & Cream were just a few we trialed. Unfortunately, the Salted Caramel mixture was not a success, for some bizarre reason it was rubbery?! I have decided in 2013 that I should make a concerted effort to try and maintain my blog!! Despite all my good intentions last year, I struggled to find time or if I did have some spare time I had no inclination to sit down and write.

Today was D-Day with a visit from the Shire’s Health Visitor. How stressful to have a Health Visitor come and inspect your kitchen!
